Rustic 6 light chandelier. This one of a kind ceiling light has been sympathetically repurposed from a 1920's church window template made from soft wood and a large centre piece of hard wood. It would be a perfect centre piece for any setting. 3'2" diameter, heavy sold design with 6 x 27e vintage Bakelite lamp holders and braided light cable. This light comes with 4 hanging chains which can be set from 1m down to 50mm. The photographs do not do the light any justice.
A little story into the history of the template: the gentleman I bought the frame from told me that the joiner who made it, in the 1920's, worked with his grandfather for a renovation company and used the frame as a template for stained glass church windows, on at least twenty five churches. I can not say if this is the truth but I do like the story.
