Tree In Tree

The name of this piece is Tree In Tree. This beautiful large driftwood three bulb holder standard lamp is made from two different pieces of driftwood.  The wood found its way to the stunning Welsh coast where we found them and turned them into this lighting art work. It is comprised of reclaimed copper piping to create the branches and to hold the lamps, to give the effect of buds. The base being a darker and rougher texture lends itself to the smoother flowing trunk of the tree.  The components include reclaimed copper piping, two separate pieces of driftwood, brass E14 lamp holders to take the latest low energy bulbs. On the base there seems to be carving of trees which I did not put there.
